Radeon Software 21.4.1+ AVC/HEVC Failed to start recording

Since it seems to be a driver issue, because i can't record with relive either. I'm reposting this issue here, since driver 21.4.1 AMF and relive are broken on windows....

Seems to work fine, it's reporting temps better than kernel driver nct6683d sensors output > sensors nct6687-isa-0a20 Adapter: ISA adapter +12V: 12.22 V (min = +12.22 V, max = +12.29...

Since the last update, Ukuu only shows this message and doesn't find any kernel to download.  Ubuntu 17.10 Kernel 4.14.13
