Same here, and not just llama 3, all other models are all have this issue after a recent update of llama.cpp.
Encountered the same problem, tried restarting the server, doing a full rescan, removing the library then adding again, nothing worked and the deleted files still show up. Found a workaround...
建议去弄个域名吧，几乎零成本的东西，用http的话被代理网站的内容也是明文传输。
