Can't disable swipe on Shell Top Tabs

it is possible to [disable swiping in TabbedPage](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/maui/android/platform-specifics/tabbedpage-page-swiping?view%20%20=net-maui-7.0&view=net-maui-7.0), but I am interested in how to do it in Shell. maybe someone knows some workarounds?
