Remove the new trustedproxy logic from client ip parsing

Bug in pt-br translation

Another possible context: even thought the `pt-BR.yml` has the correct translation for Brazil ("rodada"), the `pt.yml` has "ronda"... Here is the [source code for `pt.yml`](https://github.com/thewca/worldcubeassociation.org/blob/fde3682a6bdf886ce4bc26bc4e5ba12a1eec6a25/config/locales/pt.yml#L163). So probably the `pt-BR` translation...
