项目的依赖都好老了，能否升级一下

感觉 issue 里很多功能建议都很好，但是自己 fork 改然后编译太麻烦了，建议可以考虑做一个插件的功能，可以自己编写插件也可以做一个基于 github 的插件市场，这样可玩性就很高了

好像只看到上传证书到主机，是否可以增加执行本机脚本的支持，我的 ngxin 和 certd 跑在同个 docker 中，支持本机脚本我就可以通过 docker in docker 部署完证书自动重启 nginx 了
