I like good formatting and have submitted PEP8 corrections in the past with manual review, not via tools, and I don't think I agree with all the changes the tools...
That's unfortunately currently how it works. You can manually download the failing mods when that is an option, but otherwise WJ would need to change to let you DOWNLOAD everything...

Also slightly related, pipes can't extract from the tower. Tried Mekanism, EnderIO and XNet
There's a DLL under lib\windows-i686 and you need to clean the exe in the same folder
A (perhaps premature) concern was raised on IRC about the default curves to use when this gets implemented, so for documentation purposes from their request the curve order they suggested...
