已经解决，不好意思，打绕了。 问题：这个界面缩小成最小了，成为上图样式。 解决：我试着拖放变大后就恢复了。 目前不知道为什么会出现这个情况，很奇怪，希望帮助到有此问题的用户。
你主题是什么颜色的，然后找个网页与其颜色相反就能看到我上面图所示的条条，然后拖拽放大即可。（注意：你的情况和我一样才行，我不是打不开，我的所有功能都正常，只是UI界面打开是上面图所示。）
