Also - what kind of field is "Year established"? Is it Text, number, or date?
I'm unable to replicate this bug in Chrome, Firefox and Safari, either on my own organizations or the one associated with yours @Notoncebut2x.
The same is also true for promoting/demoting member to moderator.
