OK... while still not being blocked on @Clegane84 links it happened to me on this link - https://www.haaretz.co.il/gallery/television/tv-review/.premium.highlight-1.8070572 ... So maybe the new ".premium.highlight" mechanism only effects NEW URLs ?...
