希望kikoplay对b站protobuf弹幕提供支持，目前的接口用的应该是获取xml，xml弹幕仅有9600条，不能获取完整的弹幕 根据 [bilibili-API-collect](https://github.com/SocialSisterYi/bilibili-API-collect/blob/master/docs/danmaku/danmaku_proto.md) 这个库的说明，protobuf弹幕可以容纳超过2倍的弹幕
