setup.sh fails on fresh kali install due to lsb-core package missing on OS

Hi, I attempted to run setup.sh today on a kali install I did a few days ago, but it failed due to lsb-core package not existing in the package sources....

useradd: Don't error out on `-m` if directory already exists

This makes useradd follow the behavior of it's unix counterpart.

The author unpublished everything on github and moved to codeberg. The different hashes come from the new platform packaging the tarfiles differently than before.

setup.sh: Consider not patching firmadyne to change interpreter which is standard already

https://github.com/attify/firmware-analysis-toolkit/blob/master/setup.sh#L36 Since python2 is EOL anyways (https://www.python.org/doc/sunset-python-2/), it may be worth considering removing this patch to sorta clean-up the firmadyne installation of non-upstream changes.
