Bugged cases with unlocked FPS

I play fullscreen DSR upscaled with stable 144Hz (possible thanks to 3Dmigoto wrapper) and I can confirm that I have chandelier glitch, lowering to 60Hz immediately fixes this bug

Bug: Scroll position isn't always in the correct position

Any updates here? It's really not very convenient to open a folder with hundreds of files and land in the middle of the directory, seem like a critical bug to...
