Update to Exoplayer 2.17

`2.17.1` has now been released as well: https://github.com/google/ExoPlayer/releases/tag/r2.17.1

I've also opened this issue on the ExoPlayer repo https://github.com/google/ExoPlayer/issues/9565 It appears the original bug report I submitted here may not have all the necessary info to debug the issue....
