Using IFTTT, you could get free notifications by phone call in United States.
There is nothing in the console.
Just checked, and it doesn't work on Tampermonkey either.
To make it a simple EXE file instead of a folder that you would need to unzip, you could create an SFX archive with WinRAR.
If this is just for settings I would also like to have profiles for enabled mods.

.env files are not an option with repl.it anymore. you have to use the secrets menu.
