Is this package dead/abandoned?

@krutoo I ended up using `tua-body-scroll-lock`, it's inspired by `body-scroll-lock` and works as intended. I'd strongly discourage anyone from using `body-scroll-lock` any further.

We believe we're having an issue going in the same direction, when we have a custom, string-based `entityIdStrategy`. It fails fetching the product-variants when accessing a product-detail in the admin....
