jFileChooser Causes Swing To Freeze

On MacOSX, after any "Save as xxxx" or "Decompile & Save xxxx", BCV hangs I can only quit / close BCV, nothing else

On MacOS (I didn't try on another OS), JADX panel isn't working. It output binary and not decompiled Java source.
