Currently, `eof()` requires `readEof()` after it, but `eoln()` does not require `readEoln()`.

If some problem has a source file `a.cpp` and a solution `a.cpp` then: ``` $ polygon-cli init ... $ polygon-cli update Invoking problem.files 200 Invoking problem.solutions 200 Downloading new file...

In interactive problems, I/O can be quite large even for considerably small TLs, and then the interactor just eats memory. Suggest rotating buffer.
