ImmediatelyFast + Vampirism (1.20.1)

On our server, the red eyes work, but I have never seen any fangs on player vampires.

Getting similar issue here, seems it is effecting all traders from multiple mods. Edit: It might be an issue with the latest forge update since JEI is making people upgrade...
