[🐞] starter app does not work on windows

Hello, Non-English characters in the path is causing this problem. Use need to use a path like : C:\QwikProjects\qwik-app That will solve your problem.

[🐞] dev build randomly fail

Still have this issue at version 1.0. It started after installing partytown integration. When I remove QwikPartytown tag from root.tsx, I don't get any errors.
