problem with rqt interfacing
Hi, we use rosplan experemetation some plans on a mobile robot, however, when we run the command:
rqt --standalone rosplan_rqt.dispatcher.ROSPlanDispatcher it works for the first time,but when we retry the procedure, it does'nt work and the plan didn't appear, we need your help

There could be a number of reasons. (1) If the workspace is not sourced, the plugin will not be found. Was there an error message the second time you tried to run the interface? (2) If ROSPlan is not running, then the plugin will wait for a long time for some services to become available. Did the interface crash, or did the window freeze?
