I really love the idea. This feature would also useful to me.
What about to simply add a new field with the desired content? Add a a field after service_last_state_change and convert its content. Or this can be an user preference. CSV...

Channel from India was added, I can not see working channels fro Pakistan. I am closing this issue. if you have channels to include please open a pull request.
