unfortunately this may not be possibly due to how they have electron forge set which is what they use to create the .exe. My version suffers from the same issue...
I have updated all dependencies to more recent versions and used github actions to create new releases here: https://github.com/JustSch/ScratchJr-Desktop/releases/latest
I’ll probably add those later when I have some time Edit: I did add save on exit and fullscreen support.

Also if you'd prefer a server independent version you can use my desktop version [node-snapdrop-electron](https://github.com/JustSch/node-snapdrop-electron/releases)
It does seem to be down again. I wonder what keeps causing it to go down. Edit: It is up again
Completely offline. Funny enough my Internet went out (router was still functional just no connection to the outside internet) when I first started working on it and it still worked
