Hi @SelaseKay, tried running the downgrade but ran into other issues in doing so. First Firebase remained on version 5.3.1 after downgrading firebase auth to 5.1.4 via the yaml file...

Thanks you, setting displayName to 'phone' fixed the MFA enroll problem.
