@kontakt: I totally agree to most of your points except using ceil ;-) my point holds for any integer thus whenever `every = data_length - 2 / threshold - 2`...

WIP: resolve refs in schemas in one extrapolated hash

this has been quiet for a while... any updates or chances it will be finished and merged?
