Game-Breaking Bug: Teleport Cheat Semi-Infinite Crash

The same happens to me, except, on mine I don't even need to teleport that far, it will crash from any teleport whatsoever, this need to be fixed soon

Can't find how to open teleport menu in older versions, even if I enable singleplayer hacks.

Have you added "-Dretrowrapper.hack=true" to your java arguments in your Minecraft install? (EDIT: duh, i just realised you said that you had in the title, nvm)
