i fixed it by copying the folders tcl8.5 and tk8.5 from c:/python27/tcl to c:/python27/lib, now i can launch it via the python command in cmd, i still cant launch the...

ive actually kinda figured it out, tho i can only run the .py file, not the actual .exe, but that works well enough for my purposes ive actually written down...
