Refactor Trainer and remove self.mcts

We don't need to make the Monte Carlo Search Tree object live inside of the trainer. It can exist as a local inside `execute_episode()`.

I was trying to run https://github.com/qiuqiangkong/dcase2019_task2/blob/master/runme.sh but kept running into issues with files being missing. I believe it's because the `--mini_data` flag is used in some places but not others....
