Another vote to support Django 3.0.
Even with the "Soft Wrap at Preferred Line Length" option selected, the package isn't respecting where I set my Wrap Guide at.

The weird thing is, this time, it actually says that it successfully installed, even though it still threw the same error as when I posted.
