[Attributes Reconition of Apparel-Challenge the Baseline](https://tianchi.aliyun.com/getStart/information.htm?spm=a2c22.11447509.1154410.3.11e82ffciZOvzm&raceId=231671) 用的这个比赛里的test集，这个比赛现在还是开放的

网络不好的时候中断下载了，这个体验不好，而是应该恢复下载，不应该return出去

> 还有一个优化点，如果下载一半电脑突然关机了，最好能在已经下载过后的地方开始，不应该从0开始，还有加个多进程的可以提升下载速度感谢建议，项目挂上来后就没怎么关注了，后面会优化一下

Same problem here. @whwu95 I got Rank-1 47.7 in the first stage train_video.py And Rank-1 around 30 in the second stage train_titles.py.
