Could it be that it's because of the plug :action that is given in the addict controller? I had a similar problem with login. Maybe it's default in phoenix now?

I will check that while I recheck everything :) It will take some time I havn't done anything inside here for 2 years but if you like to you can...
hrm... I will try to find out more... I tried it on a android 9 device and it works without problems... maybe the problems are just appear in 8?
I will check different android versions later the day.

yeah strange... I tried it on my machine too right now... and don't get any errors... everything is working fine. Could it be a problem with the gradle version maybe?...
I would like to get more information for that... it's really hard to reproduce this error so I can't help. You can just get an older version by removing that...
