force:apex:test:run in JWT context seems to rely on the jwtkeyfile always being present

High memory consumption

@rkuo-danswer we are experiencing a similar issue, is it expected that the index container's memory usage grows proportionately to number of indexed documents? that seems like a poor design decision...

@lusob just curious, are you running the google drive connector? we're thinking there might be some duplicating of documents in the index from the drive connector, but haven't proven it...

Installing CumulusCI v 4 installs the latest version of urllib3 which seems to be incompatable with running ROBOT tests

We're blocked by this as well - what library do we need to downgrade specifically after installing cci?

yup, we are also experiencing the heap limit issue in CI now as well
