Update to 2.13(A or whatever I don't know if there is a difference)

Currently it only supports up to 2.12 and my PS2 happened to be a 2.13, could someone update it or instruct me on how to because supposedly exploits were found...

Sorry if this doesn't fall under "issue", but I really need to know how .img and .pal files are made, I have been searching for ages and have not found...
