I tried the adjustment and redeployed the containers but the issue still persists. Can you share the complete environment settings? I also tested my Mailserver and it's working.

Quick update from my side: The issue still persists. Running Nextcloud via Docker in server version 30.0.6 and latest Synch-Client release. For user authentication I'm using OpenID Connect User Backend....
