目前低版本已经不支持使用收费模型，我也是从0.44升级到最新版本的（因为提示低于0.46以下版本不支持使用模型），但是最近已经有很多限制，只能多次尝试并且不要使用国内地区的邮箱，优先使用gmail或者其他国外邮箱即可。至少我是这样解决的。
目前来说是的，升级上来之后经常遇到模型提前结束回复和一些其他因高流量使用而停止免费用户使用的问题，隔一会就又能用了。

最好先更换IP，我在使用前都是随机IP，所以基本上问题不大。你可以尝试下
