Same for me on both Windows (R 3.4.2, x86_64-w64-mingw32/x64 (64-bit), Windows >= 8 x64 (build 9200)) and Linux (R 3.4.2, x86_64-pc-linux-gnu (64-bit), Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS). Any ideas on a fix?
