What is the reason for moving the appname into ui ?
As you say appname is only ever used in the ui so avoid the complexity and keep it there.
What changes would have to be made to accommodate Tabler? I would give it a try
Can you share an example of how you set up the handler to render multiple forms? Its not clear to me how you would do that
