看一下D:\Study\gaussian-splatting-main\submodules\diff-gaussian-rasterization\third_party路径下的glm文件夹是不是空的，如果是空的从github从头下载一个glm放到路径下重新python setup.py install就可以了

兄弟有办法解决吗？我碰到了跟你一模一样的问题，我尝试把bad 的主体代码改用3dgs原版代码，仅保留gsplat的光栅化函数，但是当我优化到3000多步的时候场景也会因为透明度的重置导致崩溃，损失居高不下，指标非常低，本以为是代码改错了，结果回头用BAD gaussian的Gsplat分支发现也有相同的问题。
