Vultr的VPS搭建好能fan但了过一段时间就不能fan了。。

我买的vultr的vps，总是刚搭好的时候能fan，然后过几个小时就不能fan了？？ 但是ip能ping通，应该ip没被qiang。 修改过了时区，防火墙也是关闭的。 重启服务器没有用，但是重新安装服务器再搭一遍就能用，然后过几个小时又不行了。。。 有大神知道是什么情况么。

Can we choose the version of R to be installed(updated), for example 3.6.3, not the latest 4.x.x?

Perhaps we can manually installed version 3.6.3 and then use `copy.packages.between.libraries` function to move the packages. But is there a easier way?
