arm64 architecture downloads the amd64 binary

Hi @thomasrockhu-codecov Facing exactly the same issue. I am using my custom [image](https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/jhuighuy/tit-solver-base/general). I guess the problem is that the Orb never detects the CPU architecture, and always downloads `amd64`...
