Kinda unrelated to the issue, but the attached video files don't work on Firefox I guess, I get "No video with supported format and MIME type found".

Doesnt work when screen resolution is set above 1920 X 1080P

That is strange. It doesn't work in 2560 X 1440 for me. But when I change the resolution to 1080P it works fine. I tweaked the properties and disabled display...
