#104 Just made a pr for case-insensitive of 'v'. it works for me.

在`旧版本判断`功能中使用了plist的CFBundleShortVersionString值，而这个值是不带prefix `v`的。即如果要将`v2.8.3`视为一个整体，便不能将plist中CFBundleShortVersionString值，作已`下载/安装`版本号的判断依据。

I think this is a custom enhancement request. for now you can import some NLP library as solution.

how to upgrade it to v0.7.13, Wechaty has they own puppet-manage,the latest version v0.38.4 still running on `"wechaty-puppet-padplus": "^0.6.1"`

comment the issue seen's already added to the features. issue close action is important, maybe this is the great beginning of enhancement.
