I would like to issue a certificate with a wildcard (DNS-01 challenge) and a hostname (HTTP-01 challenge). But it's only possible to chose one challenge type for the whole certificate....

It would be great if I could set an delimiter so the queues could get sorted hierarchicaly. E.g. `service1:queue1:subqueue2` and `service2:queue1` become:  service1 queue1 subqueue2 service2 queue1

It seems like AVM FRTIZ!Box routers don't trust the root certificate "SSL.com Root Certification Authority ECC" (0x75e6dfcbc1685ba8). It's only possible to use `dot.sb` if the certificate check is switched off....
