Thank you. I've find the problem I got. PHP after version 5.6 doesn't surpport '@'.'file _path' to send file via curl. I have to use CurlFile Class to do that.
遇到同样问题，不知道是不是更新了macOS出现的问题。如果是，只能等shadowsocks更新解决了。
我的问题是自定义规则文件的json格式有问题，不合法导致的，删掉重新整一个就好了。
