Generate Java Time Random Date

Maybe using `java.time.temporal.ChronoUnit` would be a better fit. It would at least offer more possibilities, but the added complexity might be a non-starter. `faker.localDate().past(6, ChronoUnit.MONTHS);`

keeps hiring and firing two workers

When there's only one open it hires and fires miners.

Multiple timeTo in single page jumping/overlapping seconds

I haven't seen any display problems, but I seem to only get one callback per page. Might be related.
