I had this issue, but after messing with the settings of the printers on the server which makes the printers available, it suddenly started working. Ive found this topic, https://forum.pdf-xchange.com/viewtopic.php?t=42890...
Same issue, stopped working. Can see documents being placed in the spooler folder, but not being saved as pdf.
