Flushing after every publish can hurt throughput and put more load on the server too in some scenarios. @buffalu We will be optimising flushing mechanisms after adding KV and ObjectStore...

@marjakm `async_nats` now supports JetStream, which allows for what you're requiring here. Can we treat this one as stale and irrelevant and close it?
