Added setup.py

Added a `setup.py` file to allow installation using [pipx](https://pypa.github.io/pipx/) (e.g. `pipx install 'git+https://github.com/duo-labs/cloudmapper.git'`).

Moved main method to a `main` function and added a `setup.py` file to allow installation using pipx (e.g. `pipx install git+https://github.com/JakeWharton/pidcat.git`)

Fixed issue https://github.com/JakeWharton/pidcat/issues/182 which caused colour codes to be printed instead of text being coloured when run in Python 3.

Key bindings revert to default when device unplugged

I have the 12-key 2-knob version of the device and whilst I can program custom key bindings, they reset to default on loss of power (unplugging and re-plugging the device)....
