I have this same issue...kind of a big one.

It would be great if this could be released. I have all the prerequisites installed; just waiting on an update to the docker image. It would speed up development time...

I'd also like to know this; I've had this error popping up in my logs for a long while now. EDIT: Go to https://github.com/mbleigh/acts-as-taggable-on and Ctrl+F "parsers". It's right there....
