I would like to open cascade as a tab in VsCode

I don't like that I can't move cascade to a different location, or place it in a tab. this isn't consistent with how I normally see extensions working.

In cascade occasionally Terminal commands freeze with no signs of recovery

Sometimes cascade will wait at a prompt forever waiting for something to happen. sometimes an empty command prompt sometimes when it encounters an unexpected command prompt.

Multiple conversations

It would be helpful to have multiple conversations operating in parallel in a single instance of VsCode.

Conversations in VsCode are global, not tied to a folder or project

When using VsCode, when I look at conversation history, I see all conversations for every folder/project I have used in VsCode.

When I install an update or close and open vscode, cascade does not resume our conversation.
