Apply Fluent Theme to WPF MessageBox

Since .NET 9 [fluent theme](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/desktop/wpf/whats-new/net90?view=netdesktop-9.0#fluent-theme) is available for WPF. But the MessageBoxes still looks old. Current MessageBox Style  Expected MessageBox Style with fluent theme (Dialog from Microsoft Paint)
